Shipping

Comondi ships from Toronto, Canada. Unless otherwise requested, all products ship via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of your order and customers are allowed to pick the method desired (expedited, next day, etc.). Shipping costs will be available for your review and acceptance prior to placing the order.

Note: Orders for some Western-based customers may be drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer in British Columbia. This lessens the ecological costs of cross-country shipping.

Within Canada:

Priority Courier: Noon next business day
Xpresspost: 1-2 business days
Expedited: 1-7 business days depending on location

To U.S.:

Purolator International: Next business day
Xpresspost: 3-5 business days
Air Small Packet: 4-10 business days
Expedited Parcel: 6-12 business days
Surface Small Package: 6-12 business days

International:

Purolator International: 2-3 business days
Xpresspost International: 4-7 business days
International Air Parcel: 6-10 business days
International Surface Parcel: 4-6 weeks

Because it is important that we have tracking numbers for our packages in case they go astray, we are not able to offer some of the more inexpensive international shipping options. If you are not concerned about our ability to track your package and are willing to incur the risk of loss, please contact us and we can offer you a lower shipping rate.

Local Toronto Store Pickup: If you work or reside in the downtown Toronto, Comondi may be able to arrange free delivery or pickup for your products. Please contact us at info@comondi.com for more information. Once approved, you can select the "Store Pickup" option on the Shipping page and eliminate the shipping charges for your order(s).

Returns

Comondi accepts returns for refund and credit as specified below.

Credit or Exchange: Within thirty (30) days of purchase with email receipt. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, return it with a written description of the complaint. Products such as SOAPS without packaging only qualify for Credit or Exchange.

Refund: Within ten (10) days of purchase with email receipt. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Return the item with a copy of the receipt and the date of purchase and a request in writing to refund your purchase.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that a signature is required for all returns regardless of shipping company used.

Cost of Shipping Returns

Our customers are responsible for shipping of the product to Comondi. If there was a problem with the product or there was an error on the order, we will credit you for reasonable shipping costs.
